Actually, that's nothing compared to most of the child neglect cases I've worked. It is, however, kind of interesting that she'd leave the kids to chase her baby daddy down simly because he took her phone.

At what age are you allowed to leave a child unattended? Is it different for at home and in public? Either way these parents are not okay.
