I've had these LT-719 rings for about 1.5 years, mounted (once) to a Vortex PST. I've decided they're a tad too low (.875") for me, and I'd like to trade for a set of LT-123's (1.28"). I don't have any close up pics, but they're like new. I'd also consider picatinny rings from another quality manufacturer.
