    These lawsuits are getting ridiculous. Obviously, the attorneys for the plaintiffs are using the “shotgun” approach to litigation and taking aim any any possible defendant no matter what the facts and history of the matter may exhibit. My :twocents:!

    This goes nowhere. Nothing but conjecture and falsehoods on the plaintiffs part. Of course, the process is the punishment.

    Maybe the gunshop should sue the newspaper for letting these people "recklessly" exercise their first amendment rights, despite being erroneous and prejudicial. All the warning signs are present.
