Yeah Benny pretty much nailed it. He promised not to leave Cleveland until they won a championship and then bailed to go play with a stacked deck. The fact that he made his decision into a smug TV program where he concluded that he would "take his talents to South Beach" was annoying as well. Basically, somebody who is already a legend in his own mind is going to have lots of folks taunting him when he doesn't follow through. I guess there's always next year.

That is a joke right? Maybe he said and actually meant it, then years and years and years went by and he saw Cleveland give him crappy players and has beens. At some point in time you have to know when to move on, I am sure none of you would ever move to a different job that gave you the best chance to be successful, even if at some point you thought you may stay where you are at now forever.

Circumstances change, we all want to better our situations. Thats just the way it is.
