I had a similar problem with my 500 since it uses the 590 magazine tube. My solution was to get the Mako BSR-1 adapter and modify it to work. I say "modify", but you don't really need to do anything other than get longer bolts with matching nuts and thread them through the opposite way, using the nuts to clamp the two halves together.

The clamp is just narrow enough to fit between the fore end and magazine tube band.

Here is the rail adapter. Like I said, you just get longer bolts with matching nuts (I suggest using nuts with nylock inserts) and thread them through backwards.

I am looking for any ideas to mount a tactical light on my Mossberg 590A1 AOW. I haven't found any solutions since the pump action is the entire magazine tube. This is a home defense weapon so I would like to have a light on it so that I could use it in the house during the night. Any thoughts?
