Linkbacks not always working

Just a quick item.

I have had several linkbacks that will not work for some reason.
I use the same process for placing a link from INGO all the time
and some will work while others will give me a "page not found" error.

I guess I mean to say that they are hit and miss occasionally,
I can insert a linkback into one thread and not have it work
and then try again with another thread and it will work.

Examples of one that is working and one that is not? What procedure do you use?

Here are a couple from the fourm support page

In the first one below (this one works just tried it)
I responded to RachelMarie and if you go to that thread, find my post and click the link provided
I get a page not found message ............

Same link I posted in the reply to RM but it does not work in both places.


Same procedure, click the linkback tab, copy the link and use the insert link tool on the tool bar when composing.

Ok. Now where, specifically, did you get the second link? It's written correctly, but the URL it links to is missing the /forum_support_suggestions/ part. If I go to that thread and hit the Linkback, it gives me the right URL.

I just went right back to the thread in question, clicked linkback
copied and used the insert link here. and it works this time. Something is rotten in denmark but I'm having a fool of a time figuring it out.
