I'm looking for a building that can be used for simunitions training. If anyone here is a property manager or maybe owns a property that they would allow this activity in, please send me a PM. Thanks!

Assuming that it is police related training? Have you tried contacting one the area paintball facilities? A little hotter than a paintball gun, but I doubt it would hurt any of those places.

We were looking for a larger indoor venue for active shooter type training. Indoor paintball places are not what we want, nor do we want to do it outside. The airport PD hosts this type of training sometimes but it has to be with airsoft and not sim. I was just trying to come up with something last-minute style...

Only local places that I know of use airsoft guns, I could ask around but I highly doubt their insurance carriers would allow them to host "simunition" events.

Indy Keystone Towers? Large area, not (really) being used, can act as a training ground or zombie land :D
