    The challenge to Oregon's gun law(s) is still in the trial court. What the Oregon Supreme Court denied was a petition by the State AG to the for a Writ of Mandamus ordering the trial court judge to lift his stay on the law.

    The gun media idiots know little if anything about legal procedures before they write nonsense articles about firearms litigation. Nor do they take the time to ascertain what is really happening in these cases. Nothing substantive has changed and there has been no final ruling from the trial court, yet. If and when the trial court issues a final ruling then you may see the appeals fly on the substantive issue.
