    My local dealer is furious over DSG's pricing. He says no one can make any money with those margins. Tough for the brick-and-mortar to compete.


    Tell him to concentrate on a nich market. Sell alot of the parts and get a better price point from the manufacture.

    It never ceases to amaze me how some people can't grasp that and stay in business.

    I just hope that people remember that dealing with a store gives you a chance to see and feel the product before buying and also will be able to help you out directly if a problem comes up..

    I will say, that is a good price though.

    There is always the option to go "feel up" the product and then order from the online supplier. I do this very often. I like supporting the local establishments but when they are 30% higher in price I just can't do it.
