Man in wheelchair steals two cases of beer, makes surprise getaway

Wouldn't the powered wheelchair be worth a lot more then two cases of beer.

Had a guy on a Theft and HO. He and a confederate were stealing jeans out of Macy's at the Tippecanoe Mall. My guy would put blue jeans behind the guy in the chair.

The store detectives caught my able-bodies guy but the guy in the chair got up to speed and rolled away over the parking lot and then back to Cambridge Estates. It was amazing watching him negotiate the doors.

Some people have no scruples. Pretending to be wheelchair bound. That's just ... not sure what word to use here.

People that park in handicapped spots then snatch up their blue wheelchair tag and hang it on the mirror then dash into the store. That torques me. What the heck's wrong with some people.

Some of the chairs have pretty good performance. I have a buddy that can run his chair at a speed that jogging will not keep up, you have to break into run mode.
