Still working through cataloging my collection for my records and valuation for insurance.

I picked up a boxed Margolin 22lr at the Hammond Cabela‘s years ago and pulled it out to add to the catalog. It is the basic one without the weight attachments but it did come with a bag of parts, hammer, springs, etc. and in 100% condition. I am guessing a 70’s or so year but I am not sure. Stamped ‘Made in USSR’ on the slide.

I can’t find many sold on Gunbroker and other auctions often do not show sold prices.

So I am guessing somewhere between $3,000 to $4,000. Let me know if I am way off base.

I got my info from Gunbroker but digging into it I discovered that the seller only had one buyer for every firearm and one bid. That is done to push the appearance of a higher value. After doing some more research I am guessing a valuation of about $1,500 max.
