I recently got a Marlin 336 lever action 30-30 on a trade but now looking for a handgun for trade. This Marlin is a 1980 model according to the serial number (2001xxxx) and is in great condition. The wood stock has some dings but the blueing is in excellent condition, no rust. The action is very smooth. This model does not have the safety found on the newer models. Will consider 40 s&w handguns. FTF around Plainfield / Avon area/
