Martinsville WalMart selling guns again

I was in this evening & noticed they have 2 carousels of long guns.

I was there this evening as well and was glad to see they had them for sale ! Also picked up some 9mm and 22lr. Hard to beat their prices.

Walmart in Rochester IN is selling guns too! just as of like the last week or so. I was pretty freaking excited to see that. not that I will likely BUY a gun at walmart, but i like them selling them.

It's a hell of a lot better than B'ton's Walmart.

BTW, way to represent Paragon, so with you, that's like 50% of the population right? I grew up South of there just across the county line, used to go to the IGA there all the time.

This may be a dumb question, but what are they selling exactly? I mean are they all some brand name .22 or are they 12 gauges? What are they selling?

I just glanced at the ones in Lafayette, they have .22 threw 12 gage. I know I seen a Mossberg or 3. I will get a better look when I go buy ammo tomorrow morning

Saw a couple Marlin 60s, Ruger10/22, Remmy 770s/1187s and a few Mossys 12ga.

Greenfield is supposed to have them too, but I haven't been there yet. My SIL has worked there for ,gosh, 20 yrs or so. She told me that the manager of that department can order whatever he wanted to stock. They have their basic items that are ordered chain wide but then the manager can order a Weatherby rifle or Beretta shotgun if he wants. While living in Kentucky I saw this in action. I would notice a nice Beretta or Weatherby long gun in the rack and it would sit there for quite a while. After it sat there the manager would mark it down and either he or one of his buddies would come in and buy it. Pretty good scam for a gun lover.

Connertucky over here is building a new Super Wally world....I'm guessing they will carry a few. I may have to try out that special order thing.

I saw a few rossi youth 22's, 10/22, 870 I think, and a lever action of some sort, maybe marlin 30-30? It was definitely a bigger Centerfire rifle..... I kinda like the little Rossi rifles!

Add the Bedford Walmart to the list too. Didn't take a long look since I'm not really in the market right now, but they didn't appear to have a very extensive selection. (typical walmart)

Good to hear that they are selling them again. The old Bedford store sold them, then when they opened the Super Center, they dropped firearms.

not sure how close but the Clarksville Walmart never stopped carrying them
