ha ha ha ha, This one of great Cautionary tales to all you poor young lads out there who think they can choose one Surplus rifle over another.. Just get them both, you will end up with them both and more before long..

HomeGrown, ^^^ He knows what he's talking about ^^^ He's born witness to my slide into hopeless Mauser addiction! :):

Keep an eye out here... http://www.allans-armory.com/aa.php I'd even sign up for his email list. He gets K98's in all the time, and while they may not all look great on the outside, Allan always has good shooters in my experience. They tend to be even better than what he rates them at. He only has one K98 in stock currently, but like I said, sign up for his email list and you'll be notified when he gets anything new in.

Here's the one he has now for $325: http://www.allans-armory.com/aapictures.php?ItemId=040801GR

Thank you DoggyDaddy. I know the feeling. I just wanted one Mosin. 7 different Mosins later. Now I own just one Mauser. I'm sure they will start multiplying soon.
