It may be a dupe, but as the other thread has gone completely sideways, this may be a better place to remember Officer Schultz.

I spend all day, every week day and some weekends in Merrillville. I appreciate that Officer Schultz was willing to serve in this community.

Prayers and condolences for his family, and as a small gesture, I will go blue with my avatar for the time being.
