I would say we will see lots of different calibers of new brass from the big boys will get harder to buy new. They can't keep up with manufacturing ammunition why would they sell brass to reloaders? Lots of powders are going up big time again soon.
22-250 brass will be available in the once fired market and by the smaller manufactures for the next 50 years at least.

I have been lucky enough to pick up once fired brass at the gun shows....sometimes.

I see it all the time at the Tipton, Muncie, Greentown and Indy shows. Call Brian's Surplus and ask Brian what he has in stock. He has a ton of Star Line brass.

Silly question, why would you form cases from 30-06 cases that were readily available from Lapua in 22-250?

Not at all, this was before Lapua offered them in 22-250. I used to use Norma brass but would blow out primer pockets in 4 shots, Lapua lasted a lot longer.

Lapua is not making 22-250 cases at this time. Lapua has cut way back on the number of different cases being made.

I don't like once fired rifle brass, I don't know how it's been treated or mistreated. Most shooters don't anneal, cut primer pockets and turn necks.
