Decided to spend the day down in Seymour Indiana at the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge. Not a whole lot to see due to the weather, But the two critters I did find made the hour and a half drive worth the trip.

Very nice. Used to see screech owls quite often up here in the northern part of the state as a kid. I haven't seen one in years now.

    Cool!

Last screech I saw was yrs ago, right at dusk, bowhunting from the ground, it swooped over my head and landed about a ft above me in the tree I was kneeling behind (that'll wake ya up!)
