My sons 2011 Buck

My oldest son snagged this 8 pointer on Friday night. About 125 yards with his Thompson Center Black Diamond. Estimated it to be about 140 pounds.

The son on the right was the shooter, his little bro was quite jealous. He was on a 90 acre farm in Henry County, KY.

i was kinda think that was the one. ur younger one isnt looking that happy in the pic. did he get to hunt also, is that why he was jealous?

He went on Sunday night and shot at a nice doe, but missed. We have a youth weekend at the end of the year that we'll hit hard. I am running out of freezer space. We have gotten 3 so far this year. I told the kids we will eating venison all year.
