Is there any outdoor ranges in the area?

Not public. The DNR and store ranges(Bass&Bucks, Hillside, Sand Burr) are the closest.
If you are still doing competitive shooting there is a large outdoor club range(NRA uses it for some events) in Bristol .
Most club's competitions are open to all.

Welcome...lived most of my life in Elkhart County. Still have numerous ties ( business, personal) in Goshen and county.

Is there any outdoor ranges in the area?

Tri-County...DNR range north of North Webster. No range/safety officer. Can be 'hair raising' at times.

Warsaw Rifle & Pistol Club...indoor and numerous outdoor. Number of events open to public otherwise private/members only club or shoot as a guest of a club member ( like me ).

There appears to be a 100 yd dnr in syracuse near me. And it appears to be free!
