Great week! My dad brought me a Flintlock rifle, that was made for him by a family friend, and today my lovely wife and I went to Kiesler's (Orion Arms) gun store as we were leaving saw an old High Standard Riot shotgun, $120!!, my wife being the mind reader she is said do you want that?.........well duh! Went home looked up online some info...and went and got it $117 with tax (made em an offer!!) picture to follow some time!!!

Great paint job huh!!! Flint lock made a family friend half round, half octogon .54 with a Haddaway lock! Doc Haddaway was a family friend growing up, he died too young

The flintlock looks beautiful. Bet it is a hoot to shoot. That shotgun looks like something ready for zombie season.

The Shotgun...so far

Here is a picture as the shotgun is now, got some heavy duty paint stripper and went to town, found out the stock has been cut down and someone put a piece of wood at the end , and then put the slip-on butt pad, oh well, at least it's not the ugly camo it was before[/I
