    Usually in the classifieds, when they "bump" their ad to the top of the list by posting in it. BTT is also referred to as "back to top".

    Posts are moved up in the lineup whenever they are active. So the person just posts something to "bump" their (usually classified ad) up higher so it gets seen.
    Instead of actually posting something meaningful, they just post "bump".
