I spent a couples hours in the garage tonight and came out with this. It was some scrap kydex I had left, .08 thickness I believe. If interested I ordered it from KnifeKits.com Designer Knife Kits - Knife Making Supplies - Sheath and Holster Making Supplies.

Here are some pics. It is a Glock 23, by the way.

I like that alot I really need to get into making my own stuff. Whats our setup look like.

I just use a $10 heat gun from Harbor Freight, some thick leather gloves, and some damp paper towels to cool the kydex after it's formed. I used a press with some cheap walmart camping mat on my first holster, but I find it easier to just form it by hand. To cut and smooth the edges I use a dremel knock-off from HF.

Looks pretty good, have you been doing this long?
This is my third holster. I've made 2 OWB holsters and one IWB. I also just finished a single mag holder. I'll get some pics.

Here is my second holster, the IWB. I have since curved the belt hooks so it more secure.

This was my last 1 I did..Can believe the savings doing them yourself..I use chicago screws so I can mold differnt guns and just change the Kydex mold for many different carry options
