New overall length on form 1

Basically I currently have a 14.5" barrel and want to get an 11.5" and add a suppressor. Do I have submit a new form 1 form for a new barrel length? Thanks guys.

nope you can put any upper you want on a SBR they only "ask" that you let tem know if the change is permanent
