NO NO Aero!

Just got a 20" .556 barrel from Aero. I saw a clump of lint in the bore so I cleaned it out. There is a dark spot/scratch on the bore a few inches from the muzzle.

Called Aero, on hold 10 + mins, was told to submit a claim on line. Did that, next day got email asking for pictures, told them I cant with cell phone, take my word for it and send return label.

3 days later, nothing. Called again and was told average warranty time is 6-8 WEEKS! So much for customer satisfaction. Thinking about returning it on my dime for refund and being done with them for life. Nuts.

Just received a return label today. So she wrong about 8 Weeks...

Well, she may be right on how long it takes to get another one back. Though I hope not.

I found Aero prices are usually too high for their quality, and buying thru almost any other company, even Optics Planet is a way to get their stuff way cheaper.

Though for barrels I'm on Ballistic Advantage until I get a particularly bad experience lol
