    Some cans, like the Thompson Machine Zepher XL are rated for the magnums. But many, like my Gemtech OBII are not. I doubt they'd explode on the first round, but it's probably not a good idea either.

    Of course, my OBII isn't rated for full auto either but.......

    just get a Huntertown Arms Guardian 22!
    its rated for .17 HMR, .22 MAG, and .22 LR full-auto
    and at MSRP of $235.00 it won't break the bank.
    NO on the .223 though as well...
