I have a Noveske N4 5.56mm lower with a PSA lower build kit including 4 position stock. I have attached my upper to the lower, but the round count is zero. New condition. I will also throw in a like new 30 round windowed PMAG.
Trade interests include silver bullion, and / or S&W 9mm shield. No other trade interests at this time.
