For the record, as a frequent flier, I agree with RR's point above. The Israeli's are the world's biggest terrorist target and they seem to manage just fine. Learning from them on the topic would seem to me to be a good idea.

Learning from Israel would be LOGICAL & USING COMMON SENSE which is something the .gov has none of and does everything in it's power to get rid of it.

The US really needs to follow the lead of Israel. They do not have any such screening and almost 99.9% of their flights are international. As they point out, they are not looking for weapons, but rather they are looking for terrorists.

Great point. Remember a few years back when it was cool to bring water bottles on a plane and toothpaste? Terrorists are just going to find something ordinary, to create a bomb with. If it's not in a water bottle, it will be in something else. It's called being proactive rather than reactive.

The TSA freedom fondlers are looking for cash money. That's what it has been all along. Just like the safety belt road blocks. Forfeiture is big business for government.

What's truly scary is what the procedures will become when the next attack - which is inevitable - occurs.

as soon as we figure out what they want to take or lock down next,,,well know what the next --terrorist-- act will look like...

We could be like Vegas and post a board,,,with odds...for each type of --terrorist--act... Parlay bets for the before/after deadlines...

I see them wanting to lock down roads,,,for interstate travel,,,and all waterway travel... Id bet on a barge getting on the Mississippi and blowing up a st louis highway bridge... theyll then be able to say that bridges are targets,,,so theyll be able to put checkpoints on and under all bridges,,,especially interstate state border bridges,,,

theyll xray or grope your wife and daughter every time you cross back and forth into kentucky,,,and anyone who doesnt go along with it will be put on the --no drive-- list... anyone who writes anything critical of our war on terror will be seen as belligerent to that --war-- and can be detained forever...

    its coming,,,just you wait...

ps,,,the militia will be back for this bombing...we cant afford more war overseas,,,and the government wants to train those guns on Americans,,,so theyll need to get everyone scared of a domestic enemy...

SemperFi will post here that he wants to cap the reporter who released emails showing that the militia had nothing to do with it...
