    I believe the complaint says the ATF notified the dealer that 13,000 guns which he had sold were used in crimes over a 12 year period! I don't think even old Don can match that. After receiving that notification, he sold 87 guns to 2 people at one gun show! Am I reading that right? If that's true, seems like he shoulda' thought sumpin' was up. Or he knew exactly what was up. :dunno:

    And how is Hi-Point responsible??

    Was the dealer prosecuted or subjected to any administrative action? The dealer is a Hi-Point distributor, distributors tend to sell in bulk.
