old 22's

I am looking to buy or trade for old 22's. Like Remington 34's, Marlin 88's, things like that. They don't even have to work or be complete, they just need to be something to work with. Until I make enough to get the guns I really want, these will have to do. I am located in NWI. I really enjoy the ones that load from the stock.


I'm not trying to steal anything. That's not what I mean. Just looking for old 22's.


Anybody got something in the safe they don't need?

I've got a winchester 74 in .22 short that will prolly need a liner to shoot worth a hoot but the stock is good. all the pieces are there ( I think. Never seen a new one.) and it seems to function ok. I refinished the stock and bedded it.

It would be worth more if you were closer to the NW part of the state.

I am in South Bend, Indiana which is close to NWI....I just listed for my dad a Remington 33 for $200 as well as other 22's. The ones I listed are not completely cheap but they are reasonable according to the Blue Book. Brian
