Our March USPSA pistol match is this Saturday (3/19/16). Sign-ups open at 9:00 AM and we shoot at 10:00 AM. The new shooters meeting will be held at 9:30 AM on Bay 2. There will be six stages including a Classifier. We will include a provisional pistol caliber carbine division. Stages will be posted via the website (www.orpci.org)
We will also be shooting on Friday afternoon. The plan is to finish setup on Friday morning, break for lunch and shoot noon/1:00 PM. The setup crew is interested in shooting pistol caliber carbine but don't want to give up their pistol match. Everyone is welcome to participate in any division. You can shoot both days in different divisions of course. We going try this and see how it works but probably not every month.

Our Club and the shooting sports lost a good man last Friday. Tryce Welch died in a car accident in route to a shooting event in Ark. His straight forward approach to all things and unwavering dedication to his granddaughter eight year old shooting sports celebrity Alex was inspiring.

>We have an opportunity to add the Carry Optics division to the Area 6 match but we must have at least 10 shooters that are willing to switch to Carry Optics. Anyone interested in switching or that has questions contact Zack Jones at zackojones@hotmail.com. We must have 10 or more shooters by March 21, 2016 to make this happen.
