    Just because you have a niche, doesn't mean you are a good instructor. I see a lot of guys out there with a schtick now and many of them are really not that great even with the fundamentals. Its sorta hard to know who he is talking about here. If it is people similar to him with a lot of background some of this advice is good, if it is to the plethora of people out there who just think it would be cool to be a shooting instructor, it falls a little short. I think the best method for those people would be an apprenticeship model with a truly good, experienced instructor. Of course those guys aren't just lining up to cut their own financial throats.
