I ran across this AR-15 while googling for the best AR-15 parts. I am very new to the AR-15 world and don't own one yet. Most AR's are nice looking, but these are works of art. Does anyone know anything about them? Where can I get them? I KNOW they are very expensive.

I tried to search all forums for POF, but as usual the search won't let me use a three character search. I did one for Patriot Ordinance Factory and had only two returns.

Most of what I have read about POF has been positive. They are a piston gun and they are quite pricey. I would encourage you to look in the piston sections of AR15.com and M4carbine.net.

In regards to purchasing. I would encourage you to look for local or INGO site sponsors that might be selling or be able to order POF products. If all else fails, I know that Rainer Arms sells complete POF rifles and uppers. I hope that this helps.

Like others have said ive heard nothing but positive things about POF.If i remember right ACME sports in seymour and Elmores firearms in greenwood sell POF parts/rifles.IMO their not worth the money.Id much rather build a quality rifle to my specs how i want it to be.Then take the extra 1k or more than you'd spend on a POF rifle and just put all that towards ammo/magazines.:twocents:
