I"ve got one and my father has one. Absolute Tack drivers! His has a skeleton trigger and mine has a solid one. I did put new grips on it because the swell on the maple ones made it a tad big for my hands. Great find though. Can we ask what you paid for it?

Love the grips. I'm thinking of changing mine also. I would hate to damage the wood grips that are on it. I'm thinking I might go with the VZ grips. Anybody else have VZ's on there piece? I paid 990.00 for it. I think it was a fair price.

Congratulations! What a beautiful 1911! Shoot it and shoot it again and again! You will love your Sig. I, too, have a Sig 1911 and the thing shoots like it is being aimed by someone way, way up above if you know what I mean. Enjoy!

Very nice for a mid level 1911. Only series 80 trigger I liked from the factory. Nicely put together, but don't let the advertising fool you... there is nothing custom shop about it... only a decent put together production firearm. That being said, I still have mine when I sold almost 20 1911's recently.
