Went to church gym to play my first game of pickle ball. Google it if you don't know what that is.
What I learned:
1) It's a lot of fun & great cardio.
2) I adapted to it quick.
3) I don't karate roll near as well as I used to..... Sitting in ER with a dislocated something in right shoulder or something broken. My first thought on feeling my shoulder:
Shooting is going to hurt! Second thought. My new toy I was getting out of layaway tomorrow may sit there a few more days (Sig P320 compact).
Dang getting old & fat hurts!
