I am selling a plate carrier/soft armor carrier it has NO PLATES, it does have level 3 soft armor. i am looking for a different set up the size says small however i am 190 lbs and 5'10 and it fits me fine with adjustment left. located in southeast indiana FTF pick up only willing to meet if needed.
