Pt Mouillee is a great festival...do they still fire the punt gun? Last time I was there they did a clay target shoot on the water, one "hunter" paddled the other out to a layout boat in a canoe, one got out and shot a couple of clays and they switched, looked like a blast!

Great time had by all again in Michigan!!! 2011 photo added. Migrants weren't down yet so we only had 8 birds come in all morning but we bagged 7 of the 8. Heck a .875 batting average would put anyone in the hall of fame!!!

We were rained out of the waterfowl fest, spent an expensive 3 hours in Cabela's instead!!

Whats it cost to shoot in MI?

$30 for a 3 day out of state license and $5 for a Michigan waterfowl "stamp".
