WTS/WTT: Pointe Golf Membership

Hi all, I have have a 1yr Golf Membership to the Eagle Pointe Golf Resort in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana...more precisely, close to Lake Monroe and I need to find somebody who will use it, I don't golf. It is a cart fee membership which means it includes all the green fees but you have to pay if you want a cart to ride in, includes access to the fitness center as well. The price for this is $600 if you go to the Resort and buy it...I will take $300 cash or trade for it...all we have to do is meet up, make the deal, fill out the form and I will turn it in, easy.
