As someone who works in the barge industry....this happens a lot. Way more than you'd imagine. The dry cargo barges are now feeding the giant catfish that live by the damn. The methanol barge hasn't leaked as far as anyone can tell. If it does, well then you might see me down below the lock collecting water samples, for science.
