I heard a talk show talking about this the other day. The system has been around since the 70's I believe. Just think about the possibilities of a system like this. As in the bad possibilities.

You mean like hacking like that hacker club "Anonymous" did to law enforcement in Tejas recently?

LE does goofy stuff with people's identification. E.g. Tippecanoe County used to go on television and hold their lapels and rock back and forth about "identity theft" and then go and put people's SSN, DOB and OLN on the website for their speeding tickets. Giving people in Eastern Europe a goldmine of identities to steal.

That's just same old stuff different day and has nothing to do with integrated databases.
