For sale is a brand new complete Palmetto State Armory upper receiver group in 5.56, 16", 1:7 twist barrel, M4 profile, M4 feed ramps, chrome lined, front site, etc. This is PSA's "M4 Premium" if you want to check out specs. I do not have pictures but you can look on their website to see what it is. It has never been placed on a lower or fired. It has the standard hand guards. No BCG or CH.
Also willing to trade for stripped or complete lower receivers. I am not really interested in polymer lowers. Please no stupid offers. All AR products are skyrocketting right now. I am not looking to get rich nor do I plan to line the pockets of an opportunist.
