    MrBlue54 - Are you concerned about losing power and not being able to use the electric pump for your well? If so, I would skip storing drums of water and just keep a bailer handy - lots cheaper and doesn't take any space. You could also use poly or plastic tubing and a check-valve. Fortunately, water doesn't have to be very complicated in Indiana.
