Question about the FD 258 Fingerprint card (is it messed up?)

I got my fingerprints today for the Form 4. The officer did the fingerprints and signed it. But in the "Date" block next to the officer's signature they put my birth-date instead of today's date, which happens to be my birthday. I realized this once I got home. Is it supposed to be my birth-date or is it really supposed to be today's date?? Will it matter either way? Thanks

Strike it out and write the proper date in there. It's supposed to be today's date.
