Looking for both indoor and outdoor
I make the drive to Indy Trading Post. Pop Guns is closer for me but Indy Trading Post is worth the drive.
Well, that's Eagle Creek; it's both.

Do you have to enter Eagle Creek Park to get to the Range?
1 Block east of I-465, then turn North at the light. All the way back and on the left. You will actually see I-65 on your right when you pull in to the lot. Dog Park is across the street. Eagle Creek Park main entrance is west of I-465.Nope. Are you familiar with the dog park? You take that same road, High School / Gilmer (it changes names at 56th where you turn though the address is High School Rd.) to get to the range. There's a Speedway gas station at the corner.
