I was able to do 5 shot 1 MOA groups with Sierra 125gr OTM and 2 to 3 inch groups with the Sierra 220gr subsonic. I imagine a more experienced shooter can do even better than I could. This thing is a lot of fun suppressed and insanely quiet.
