Is the rail designed to allow co-witness with an Aimpoint, when using the optional rear peep?

I can't say for certain since I don't have the rear peep yet, but it appears that it will very easily.

I have been watching, waiting, and reading the beta test reviews over on AR15.com, for this possible AK rear sight fix from Texas Weapons Systems.

I like what I see so far. But I am more interested in performance with iron sights (longer sight radius).

The levering receiver cover idea is reminiscent of a Krinkov SBR. I use a folding steel triangle stock and the locking dog leg or receiver cover on the stock itself will not work for me.

So I am hopeful with this solution. Good job and thanks for the review.

Any follow up on this rail yet? I am also wondering about the rear peep sight, if you got it, how it works, and if you can co-witness.
