Cause most the time a gun company sticks their name on a knife, the knife sucks

Designs look okay, besides that, this gets me as excited as "ruger" ammo
Agree with you for the most part. Like when Colt let United Cutlery use their name or when S&W let Taylor Cutlery use their name. At least in this case Ruger is using CRKT. Not everybody can afford big money knives but these APPEAR to be decent knives at a decent price point. Just my :twocents:

S&W uses Taylor Cutlery which does suck. Browning knives aren't anything special (I admit my first folder way back when was a Browning liner lock tanto). Beretta (back when they used to have
    "knives" beh.

Agreed, these at least look good. Probably typical made in China 8Cr13MoV steel. Nothing special, completely utilitarian, and not super crap like S&W. Agreed, at least they're using a name brand maker with a sense of style.

For some of the prices, you can find used ZT 0566s or used 0350s for about the same, maybe $20 more which uses better steel and has better fit and finish though. Spydercos for the same price which offer great steels at reasonable prices

    But...brand loyalties and styling preferences
