I purchased a used M&P 9mm semi-auto recently and wanted to find out the exact model and date of manufacture. I used the contact form on the S&W web site and they responded with the info in just a few hours. Not a big thing, but very nice for them to do this and do it promptly. I was able to download the correct user manual and some other info.

I sent a Model 29-2 in for a reblue a few years back. When returned one side looked like it was cloudy and milky. They said send it back to them and when it was returned it looked better than it probably did when new. Very good service I thought.
