I have a MP-15-22 PISTOL with a DOUBLE TAP trigger . The person I bought it from , told me he installed the trigger parts himself. Well something wasnt right and he couldnt get the safety to properly engage , but it fired just fine. I would like to get it fixed right for safety reasons and I dont care to have a faulty firearm . Have any of you guys have that problem with your DOUBLE TAP trigger , or that FRANKLIN TRIGGER for that matter ? I dont mess with something that I dont know about . Always MORE EXPENSIVE to get fixed after I fumble around with project , I do have original factory parts he took out.

I have the Franklin Armory trigger in my 15-22p. No issues engaging the safety though. I dont believe the two are really comparable since the FA trigger allows for semi and binary where the double tap is only binary.

THANKS ,I really didnt know that , good to know , probably because of price point. I was going to use it for clearing out a barn of mice/rats , and around the hay bales and pig lot. Fast follow up shots is what I needed . You know I might just sell it , not sure really.
