S&W Sigma .357

I saw an ad for this model on armslist and was trying to do a little research on it to no avail. Does anyone have any experience or reviews for this gun? Google isn't turning up much info.

I wonder if it's a SW40VE with an aftermarket barrel to convert it to .357 Sig?

They made a .357 SIG model, the SW357V, for one year only from what I can find. Even with the model number, I cant find a whole lot about it...
