Savage 111 300 win mag

Just bought a 300 win mag 111 thinking about getting rid of the factory stock cause it's very cheap. Any one changed to another stock ? Also has anyone done a heavy barrel swap?

I put my Savage 12FV into a Bell and Carlson stock and also replaced the factory barrel.
